Parcel & Deposit Lockers

Unattended handover, logged end to end

Multi-compartment banks with a controller, screen and keypad built in, for anything that has to change hands without two people being present. Deliveries, dry cleaning, equipment returns, key handovers and day bags all work the same way: one party drops and locks, the other gets a code, and the platform records both ends.

Quick answer: parcel & deposit lockers in Singapore

Multi-compartment banks with a controller, screen and keypad built in, for anything that has to change hands without two people being present. Deliveries, dry cleaning, equipment returns, key handovers and day bags all work the same way: one party drops and locks, the other gets a code, and the platform records both ends.

Electronic latch and controller fitted at the factory — arrives ready to run on the LockerLogic platform. Compartment mix is the decision that matters most. A residential estate wants many small and a few oversized for shoeboxes and hampers; a club wants larger cells for kit and racket bags. We size the mix from a fortnight of your actual volumes rather than guessing.

Construction & specification

  • Cold-rolled steel, 0.5–1.2 mm depending on panel and family, with welded or knock-down assembly
  • Electrostatic powder coat, phosphate-free — standard greys and off-whites, plus colour and wood-effect finishes to order
  • Controller column with display and keypad, mounted at accessible height
  • Access by QR code, one-time PIN, member card, or self-set code — enabled per bank
  • Electronic latch per compartment with individual status monitoring, so a door left ajar is flagged rather than silently occupied
  • Mechanical master override for the whole bank
  • Optional rain hood, sealed door edges and drained base for covered-outdoor sites

What goes in them

  • Parcels and food deliveries
  • Laundry and dry-cleaning drop-off and return

Parcel lockers — questions we get asked

How does a parcel locker reduce work for a condominium management office?

It moves the handover out of the office entirely. A courier drops into a compartment and the resident gets a code by message; the resident collects at any hour without anyone signing for anything. What the management office stops doing is holding parcels behind the counter, logging them by hand, fielding "has mine arrived" calls, and taking responsibility for items that go missing. Every drop and collection is timestamped in the platform, so disputes are settled by looking at the record.

What stops a compartment being occupied indefinitely?

Reminders go out automatically on a schedule you set, and the platform reports which compartments have been held longest. Where a policy allows it, an overdue item can be released to staff for removal to a holding area, which frees the compartment and keeps the record of who left it and when. Without this, a parcel bank silently fills up over a few months and stops being useful.

Can the same bank handle deliveries and member equipment returns?

Yes. Compartments are grouped and each group carries its own rules, so part of a bank can run as courier drop-off while the rest handles restrung rackets going back to members or kit passed between shifts. The workflows are separate in the platform even though the steel is shared.
