About LockerLogic
We did not set out to sell lockers. We set out to hand a heavy piece of sports equipment to a stranger at 7am with nobody on duty — and the platform that solved it turned out to be exactly what a locker room needs.
Quick answer: who LockerLogic is
LockerLogic supplies, installs and operates keyless smart lockers and steel storage cabinets in Singapore. It is the storage arm of GX TECH PTE. LTD., UEN 202503838W, a registered Singapore company founded by Guo Jian Feng. The business grew out of a specific problem: building cabinets that could store, charge and hand out professional tennis ball machines unattended at a public sports centre, which required an access platform capable of verifying a user, taking payment and releasing a latch with nobody on duty. Private clubs that saw those cabinets began asking for member and general storage lockers on the same keyless basis, and LockerLogic exists to serve that demand. The company works island-wide across Singapore and sells both outright and under a fully managed arrangement.
How we got here

01 The problem that started it
A professional tennis ball machine is expensive, heavy and awkward, and the people who want to practise with one want it at 7am or 9pm — precisely when no venue can justify staffing a counter to hand it out. Solving that meant building a cabinet that could hold it, charge it, and release it to a stranger with nobody present.

02 Which turned out to be a software problem
The steel was the straightforward part. Verifying a user, taking payment, holding a deposit, getting terms accepted, releasing a latch over a network, and dealing with somebody who could not get in at 11pm — that was the work. It became a platform, and it has been running unattended at a Singapore public sports centre since day one.

03 Then the enquiries changed
Private clubs that came to us about equipment cabinets kept asking a different question: could we do the same thing for member lockers, and for general storage cabinets for members and staff? Their locker rooms had the same problem in a less exotic form — keys walking off, lists nobody trusted, fees uncollected.

04 Which is why LockerLogic exists
Same access platform, same manufacturing relationships, applied to storage across the full range rather than to one bespoke cabinet. Steel lockers, changing lockers, parcel lockers, charging cabinets, cupboards, secure cabinets and shelving — with the keyless layer available on the families where it genuinely earns its cost.
What is proven, and what is new
The LockerLogic access platform is not a prototype. It is the same platform that has been running unmanned professional tennis ball machine cabinets at ActiveSG Sport Village @ Jurong Town since day one, under our Tennis Machine SG brand — users book, pay and unlock entirely from their phone, at any hour, with nobody on duty. Applying it to member and staff storage is new, and we would rather say so than imply an installed base we do not yet have.
We put that distinction on the record deliberately. A supplier who implies a hundred installed locker rooms is easy to check and easy to catch — and a facilities manager who catches one supplier overstating stops believing the rest of the proposal too.

We say when you should not buy from us
If your existing lockers can be retrofitted, we will quote the retrofit — even though replacement is the bigger order. If a store cupboard needs a mechanical lock rather than keyless access, we will say so. If you only need two cabinets, we will tell you the price per compartment is poor and why. Being trusted on the small calls is what earns the larger ones.
One dimension convention, stated everywhere
Every dimension on this site is width × depth × height in millimetres. Factory drawings mix conventions between product families, and that ambiguity produces cabinets that will not fit through a door. We normalise it once, here, and issue a dimensioned drawing with every quotation.
A mechanical override on everything
Electronics fail. Somebody's passport, medication or car keys must never be trapped behind a dead latch. Every compartment we supply can be opened with a master key held under your control, and we will show your team how before we leave site.
We do not overstate what is proven
Our access platform is live and running unattended today, and we point at the deployment so you can verify it. Applying it to member and staff storage is newer, and we say so on every page rather than implying an installed base we have not yet built. Facilities buyers check, and being caught costs more than the claim was worth.

About us — questions we get asked
Is LockerLogic a registered Singapore company?
Yes. LockerLogic is the trading name of GX TECH PTE. LTD., UEN 202503838W, registered in Singapore. The same company operates Tennis Machine SG. MCST councils and procurement teams are right to check this before engaging a supplier, so the UEN appears in the footer of every page on this site.
Do you manufacture the cabinets yourselves?
No, and we would be wary of a Singapore supplier of our size who claimed to. The cabinets are made by an established steel furniture manufacturer we work with directly, to our specification, with our own access hardware fitted. What we own is the specification, the access platform, the installation and the accountability — if a cabinet is wrong, it is our problem to fix, not something we pass back up the chain.
Why should we buy from you rather than a large established locker supplier?
If you want plain mechanical lockers in volume and nothing else, a large supplier with local stock may well serve you better on price and lead time, and we will say so. Where we are the stronger choice is when the access and administration matter — because we run a locker platform in service today rather than reselling somebody else's, and because a smaller supplier is accountable in a way that survives you having the founder's number.
What areas of Singapore do you cover, and do you work overseas?
Island-wide across Singapore, with no zone surcharge. We are not currently taking work outside Singapore — servicing and support are a large part of what we sell, and we would rather do that properly in one market than badly in three.
Who would we actually deal with?
Guo Jian Feng directly, for the specification and the commercial conversation. That is an advantage on a project of this size and we would rather be straight about the scale of the company than imply a large account team that does not exist.
