A golf bag, a helmet, a 15-inch laptop, a phone in a rugged case. Compartment size follows the biggest item, and this is the most common cause of a locker room people dislike.

How many people, and whether they keep the same compartment
Permanent assignments need one per person. Day use is shared, so the count follows peak simultaneous attendance — often far fewer than headcount.

What is going wrong today
Parcels piling up at the counter, a locker waiting list, padlocks needing cutting, keys nobody returns. The failure mode usually points straight at the right specification.

Any date you are working to
A clubhouse reopening, a term start, a fit-out handover. Standard lead time is six to eight weeks including sea freight — if your date will not work, we would rather tell you at the enquiry than at the order.

Before you get in touch
Is a site survey free, and is there any obligation?
Free, and none. We measure the room, note the constraints — door widths, lift dimensions, sockets, sprinklers, fire routes — and come back with a specification and a quotation. Plenty of surveys end with us saying a retrofit will do, or that a different supplier suits the requirement better. That is a reasonable outcome for both of us.
How quickly will we get a quotation?
An indicative range usually the same working day from a photo and a compartment count. A firm quotation within a few working days of a site survey. If your project needs a formal submission against a tender specification, tell us the closing date and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you count on us.
Can you attend a council, committee or management meeting?
Yes, and we are happy to. Questions about liability, insurance, who residents contact and what happens at the end are best answered live rather than through a managing agent relaying them. We can also supply a written proposal drafted to be tabled without anyone rewriting it first.
Do you respond to tenders and formal procurement processes?
Yes, for schools, campuses, MCSTs and larger organisations. Send the documents and the closing date. Where part of a specification is unwise for the application we will say so in the submission rather than comply quietly and let it fail in service — some evaluators appreciate that and some do not, but you get an honest submission either way.
What if we only need one or two cabinets?
Get in touch anyway, but expect us to be straight with you: freight and installation on a very small order make the price per compartment look poor, and if buying locally off the shelf or waiting to combine it with other works serves you better, we will tell you.
