Schools & Campuses
Storage that survives a thousand students a day
Quick answer: lockers for schools & campuses in Singapore
LockerLogic supplies student and staff lockers, phone storage cabinets and archive storage for Singapore schools, academies and campuses. Student lockers can run on keypad codes with no keys to lose, reassigned in bulk at the start of each academic year from a dashboard rather than by hand. Phone charging and storage cabinets support device policies during lessons and examinations, and archive shelving and secure cabinets handle records under retention requirements.
What we usually find
If none of this sounds like your site, you may not need us — and we would rather you worked that out here than after a meeting.
Reassigning every locker each August
Hundreds of lockers, a new cohort, and a paper list. Keys from last year are half returned, padlocks are still attached, and the first week of term is spent on locker administration instead of teaching.
Lost keys and cut padlocks all year round
A student loses a key most weeks. Each one is a lock change or a bolt cutter, an incident record, and a conversation with a parent about a deposit.
Phone policies need somewhere to put the phones
A device policy that says "phones away" without providing secure storage puts staff in the position of holding students' property in a drawer, with all the risk that carries.
Records storage that has quietly overflowed
Student records under retention requirements filling a room that was never designed for it, on shelving that is not rated for the weight.

Buy, or have us fund and run it?
Schools buy. Lockers are a capital item procured through a tender or quotation process, and we will complete your specification and tender documentation rather than asking you to work from a brochure. Where a school wants a paid student locker scheme without capital cost, a managed arrangement is possible.
What we would specify
The families that come up most often for schools. A single room usually ends up with two or three of these rather than one.
Changing Room & Staff Lockers
The proven steel locker, with smart access when you want it
Conventional full-height changing lockers in 2 to 24 compartments, built for wet areas and daily churn. Order them with mechanical latches at the lowest cost per compartment, or specify the same shells with electronic latches so the whole room can be brought onto the LockerLogic platform later without replacing a single cabinet.

Device & Charging Lockers
Phones and devices stored, charged and accounted for
High-density compartment cabinets with a mains socket inside every cell, so a device charges while it is locked away. Used where phones must be surrendered — examination halls, secure meeting rooms, clean rooms, production floors — and for pooled tablets, radios and scanners that have to come back charged.

Storage Cabinets & Cupboards
The general-purpose steel cupboard, done properly
Two-door cupboards, filing and archive cabinets, glass-fronted display units and low credenzas — the everyday storage that fills back offices, committee rooms, stores and clinic corridors. Mechanically locked and unglamorous, but the part of a fit-out that gets used every day and is noticed when it is flimsy.

Secure & Document Cabinets
For records, valuables and media that must not walk
Heavier-gauge cabinets with electronic combination, fingerprint or card locks, plus anti-magnetic media safes for backup tapes and drives. Specified where the requirement is not simply "lockable" but demonstrably controlled — personal data under the PDPA, cash and valuables, controlled stock, or master keys.

Shelving & Bulk Storage
Store rooms that hold more and stay tidy
Boltless light-duty shelving through to heavy pallet racking, plus mobile compact shelving that runs on floor tracks to recover the aisles. This is the least glamorous part of the range and often the highest-value: most store rooms we survey are holding half of what the same floor area could take.
Sizes & specification →Schools & Campuses — questions we get asked
Can a whole year group be reassigned at the start of term?
Yes — that is the single biggest time saving here. Assignments are uploaded from a spreadsheet, and every student gets their code without anyone handling a key. Ending last year's assignments is one operation, and the platform reports which lockers were not emptied so they can be cleared before term starts.
What if a student forgets their code?
Staff look it up or reset it in the dashboard, or trigger a remote release from a phone. No master key, no bolt cutter, no waiting for the caretaker.
Are these robust enough for secondary school corridors?
Specify them properly and yes. Heavier gauge doors, welded rather than knock-down construction, a welded plinth so the floor can be washed, and no protruding handles to catch a bag or a shoulder. Student lockers take genuine abuse and the cheapest specification is a false economy — we will quote what will last rather than what wins on price alone.
Do you supply against a school tender specification?
Yes. Send the specification and we will respond to it, including dimensioned drawings, material and finish schedules, load ratings, warranty terms and compliance documentation. If part of the specification is unwise for the application — and school locker specifications sometimes are — we will say so in the submission rather than quietly comply.
