1. Who we are

This website is published by GX TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202503838W), a company registered in Singapore, trading as Latchwork. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. What these terms cover, and what they do not

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for supplying lockers, the agreement for a managed placement, or the terms on which somebody uses a locker at a site.

Where you place an order, the signed quotation and the terms attached to it govern that order. If anything on this website conflicts with them, the signed documents win.

3. Prices, estimates and lead times

Prices shown on the standard product range are estimates for the displayed quantity and configuration. Final prices depend on the confirmed quantity and design, exclude GST, and remain subject to stock and the final specification agreed. They are published so you can size a budget, not so you can order at them.

The pricing estimator produces an indicative range from our own rate model. It is an estimate, not a quotation. It cannot see your site, your access constraints or your programme, and any of those can move the figure.

Typical lead time: 6–10 weeks, depending on specification and quantity. Lead times run from a confirmed order and, where drawings are needed, from their approval. They depend on stock, shipping and specification, and a date is only firm once it is in a quotation we have signed.

A quotation from us is the only figure we stand behind, and it will say how long it is open for.

4. Enquiries you send us

The quote questionnaire on this site does not submit to a server. It assembles your answers into a message and hands it to WhatsApp or to your email client, and nothing reaches us until you send it. Until then the answers stay in your browser.

Please do not send us personal data about other people, confidential drawings you are not entitled to share, or anything you would not want in an ordinary email. How we handle what you do send is set out in our privacy policy.

5. Accuracy of the content

We keep the specifications, dimensions and product information here as accurate as we can, and we correct errors when we find them. Manufacturing tolerances apply, specifications improve, and photographs and illustrations show a typical configuration rather than the exact unit you will receive.

Nothing on this site is professional advice — not legal advice, not data protection advice, and not fire or building compliance advice. Where a specification has to satisfy a regulation, have it checked by someone qualified to sign it off.

6. Our content

The text, illustrations, photographs, drawings and design of this site belong to GX TECH PTE. LTD. or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote us with attribution, to print pages for internal evaluation, and to paste our specification clauses into a bill of quantities for a project you are inviting us to price. Republishing the site, or reusing its content as your own product information, is not permitted.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link out — to our Google Business Profile, or to the sister brand whose lockers run on the same platform — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability and liability

We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the indicative figures published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where they apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
